    We recently spent a good week at a fabulous hotel while exploring the city. The suite was impressively spacious and clean, with a cozy bed that ensured restful nights. The kitchen was well-equipped, even featuring a washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. We loved the beautiful city views at night and enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to key attractions. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were welcoming, adding to our overall positive experience.

    incredible location in the living area or bathroom with views of melbourne downtown. very good breakfast selection with healthy options, eggs cooked to order plus fresh juices served in the restaurant.

    Magnificent and stunning location, just close to a cathedral church. Very good sized and well furnished unit with a delightful decor. Their service was very good.

    The location offered easy access to local attractions, a big plus, while the breakfast served was good, especially the pastries. The pull-out sofa had hazards with unstable cushions, and maintenance issues like a running toilet and window latch were frustrating. Despite the cute staff and appealing kitchen amenities, these problems overshadowed the positives, leaving room for improvement.

    A thoroughly enjoyable way to end my trip. Gorgeous and clean property with excellent service and excellent value. Genuinely helpful staff, early check in. Stocked room with marvellous views of the Melbourne skyline and the Yarra river and beautiful decor.

    The room was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen, made relaxing at the end of the day easy! The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions and dining options, just steps away from vibrant nightlife!

    Fabs apartment, from room till staff service abolutely 5 star experience. Food court and restorant just 10 m from apartment front door. Morning stroll along Yarra river make our family trip completed. My son really excited stay here. We will stay at Quay West again on next holiday trip to Melbourne....

    I had a fantastic stay at Quay West, which was perfectly located near the tennis centre and a short walk to the MCG. The apartment was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. With excellent food available at the on-site restaurant, I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my visit.

    Convenience for where ever we wanted to go.

    The hotel in iits brochure maintains it is an all suite hotel but ours did not have the advertised laundry facilities all suites had.We were then told ours was a studio so no laundry, but it says it is an all suite hotel, I dont get it.Arthur Wappat

    Your staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional staff particularly on the front desk. The beds were very comfortable.

    The couches were a tad firm to sit on.

    Our stay was short but a wonderful experience. The staff where more than happy to assist and answer all questions. The room was very very clean. This biggest thing my husband and I look at first is how clean the accom is. We never take our shoes off and walk bear foot, but had no problem here. Very luxurious and relaxing. Will certainly stay there again.
